Fascinating exhibit of everyday "old tyme" household items that I used to use as a kid. Took my grandkids there and I ended up being the "moderator" for the tour. They were amazed at how phones worked with rotating dials, how dresses were sewn on machines without using electricity, how hair was curled using a machine that looked like it came from a Frankenstein movie. Very entertaining and educational! A must see!

They have a great program on friday morning at 9:30 for preschool age children called Museum Kids. They teach the children about what children in the past did, and about all the different exhibits, a different exhibit or theme each week.

Great place to bring kids. They have Bingo and Eye spy games to help keep the kids engaged with the exhibits.

This was a fun place to visit, and the people went out of their way to help us find more information about my ancestors! A local treasure!
