The Bluff Arts Festival is an annual celebration of the arts and culture of the Four Corners region. Each year we gather on the third weekend in October surrounded by red rocks and golden hues of the cottonwoods.

The festival is a part of the newly formed Bluff Community Foundation, a 501(c)(3) dedicated to supporting the arts and community of greater Bluff.
